Board of Directors Application

The LAAIA is governed by the Board of Directors, which is responsible for all of the Association’s functions. The Board of Directors consists of an Immediate Past-President, President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary and a minimum of two (2) Directors, with a maximum of thirteen (13) Directors elected for a two (2) year term. No Director shall serve more than two (2) terms or four (4) years in the same position unless an exception is made by resolution approved by 2/3 of existing Directors.

In order to be considered as an Officer or Director, an application for the specific position for which you are applying shall be submitted.
